Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 September 2026. Binding terms for TURNEL LLC KVM Cloud VPS and related network services.
Important: These Terms form an agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and TURNEL LLC (“TURNEL”, “Turnel”, “we”, “us”). By ordering, paying for, or using any Turnel service you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If a written order conflicts with these Terms, the order controls for that conflict only.
1. Services
TURNEL LLC provides KVM virtual private servers, dual-stack networking, and related resources as described on turnel.com or in your order. Website prices are starting rates in US Dollars and may change until confirmed. Provisioning times are estimates.
2. IPv4 and IPv6 allocations
Unless otherwise stated, each active Tunnel plan includes one IPv4 address and a FREE IPv6 /48 for use with that service. Allocations remain TURNEL LLC network resources (or resources we are authorised to assign). You must not announce, transfer, or use prefixes outside authorised use. On suspension or termination we may reclaim addresses. Abuse of prefixes is an AUP violation.
3. Accounts and payment
You must provide accurate contact and billing information. Fees are typically billed monthly in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, prepaid fees are non-refundable once service is provisioned.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with the AUP. We may suspend or terminate immediately for abuse, legal risk, or harm to the network or other customers.
5. Customer data
You own your content and are responsible for backups, security, and lawful use. TURNEL LLC does not guarantee recovery after deletion, failure, or termination unless a paid backup product expressly covers it.
6. Availability
Website uptime or performance statements are operational targets unless a separate written SLA is signed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TURNEL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable US law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to TURNEL LLC seeking interim relief elsewhere.
