Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP is part of your agreement with TURNEL LLC. Violations may lead to immediate suspension under the Terms of Service.

1. Lawful use

Do not use Services for illegal activity under applicable US law, including fraud, malware, phishing, child sexual exploitation material, or unlicensed gambling where prohibited.

2. Network abuse

Prohibited: spam, open relays used for spam, DDoS (source or amplifier), unauthorized scanning/exploitation, IP spoofing, prefix hijacking, and cryptomining that breaches fair use or harms the platform.

3. IPv6 /48 and routing

Assigned /48s and IPv4 addresses must only be used with your TURNEL LLC service as authorised. Do not reassign, sell, or announce space without written permission. Downstream customers you serve remain your responsibility under this AUP.

4. Resource use

Stay within plan limits. Sustained overuse may be rate-limited, billed, or require an upgrade.

5. Reporting

Report abuse to info@turnel.com with logs, timestamps, and source addresses.
